  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, referring URLs, search terms used on the Site.
  • Location Data: Approximate geographic location derived from IP address (used for currency display and shipping estimates).

  • Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): Processing for fraud prevention, Site security, analytics, business improvement, and ensuring compliance with our research-use-only policy.
  • Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): Processing required to comply with applicable laws, tax regulations, and regulatory requirements.

  • Transaction Records: 7 years from the date of transaction (as required for tax and accounting purposes).

  • Legal/Compliance Records: As long as required by applicable law or regulation.

11. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

11.1 Types of Cookies We Use

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for Site functionality, shopping cart, and checkout. Cannot be disabled.
  • Performance/Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with the Site (e.g., Google Analytics). Collect anonymized usage data.
